Hey everyone....
Lori's Blog By lori on 8/21/2008 7:15 AM

How is everyone out there in Gileadland??? Have a good Summer?

I've been working all Summer long on some new things at CBH as well as Season 11. In fact, right now I'm working on episodes 11-7 and 11-8.  The first four episodes have already been recorded and I know that Steve's working on the post production on those.

And speaking of S11, what do you think should happen this season?  Any storylines you can't wait to find out about?

And there's this new thing that CBH has put together - I'm working on that too. Hopefully you'll be seeing what that is soon.

So there's the latest from me...how about everyone out there? What's up with you guys?

pics of last session
Steve's DGL Blog Production By stevo on 5/8/2008 12:40 PM

Well, we've ended Season 10--the recording part of it, anyway!  We still have to do all the editing, sound design, music, mixing, mastering, mailing, etc.  If you listened to the last Coleraine Connection Funcast, you're probably here looking for pictures of the session as I promised.  Well, I guess I should have taken a look at them before I made that promise.  There weren't any taken of the whole huge group of people that I was expecting.  But there are a few I can share...

Who's foot is that in the foreground?  (hint: it's not a Morrison)

Wow, something is REALLY funny!

Two blog posts in a row - everything must be crazy!
Lori's Blog By lori on 4/18/2008 1:56 PM

I know I know - two blog posts in two days from Lori. It's almost too much to consider!

I thought you all might be interested in knowing that we had a brainstorming session today. As you may recall, Mr. Fornof and I are currently working on finishing up Season 10 - and this morning we had a discussion of Season 11. Where do we want to go? What do we want to achieve by the end of the season? Where are we looking for future seasons?! Future seasons? Really?!

Well, we came up with a lot of VERY interesting things that I'm sure you're going to enjoy in the season! And that's as Cheesy Teasy as I'm allowed to get before Steve O'Dell gets on a plane and makes a trip to Texas to stop me!!

But I just thought you all might like to know that. It was VERY interesting!

Now - go have a great weekend - and enjoy episode 10:4! That's an order Good Buddy! :)

10-4 Good Buddy!
Lori's Blog By lori on 4/17/2008 1:33 PM

Well, we're well and good into the season now and we're getting into a block of "Lori Episodes"! I didn't realize as I was writing that so many of my episodes were going to be right in the middle of this season all bunched together!

10-4 Good Buddy, as you know from the Funcast, is a play on the fact that it's episode four of season 10. I took the challenge to do an episode on friendship. And if you've listened to the Funcast, you also know that Marcy's going to be making an appearance in this episode. But we're not going to visit Brooke at college - we're going somewhere else!

Next weekend "Sandcastles in Storms" airs and I've got to say, that one and the other half of it, "Is God in Pittsburgh" were two of the most difficult episodes that I've ever written for DGL! They were a lot of fun because, as you may or may not know, I grew up just a little ways north of Pittsburgh and I love Pittsburgh! It's one of ...

Steve's trip to the Doctor
Steve's DGL Blog Random Thoughts By stevo on 4/15/2008 3:14 PM

Well, I met with a neurologist today.  He did a lot of interesting tests on me, he looked over all the blood tests my regular doctor had taken and he did a scan of the pictures of my brain and spine that the MRI had produced.  His conclusion:  "There's nothing wrong with you"!  So, either I've been imagining things or you guys really did pray hard. ;) Seriously, I am grateful that there's no serious problem to worry about.  I have one more meeting with my regular doctor to talk over what should happen next (if anything) on April 25.  Thanks for your prayers.  I'll let you know if there's any more news as time goes on.
